I'd be such an asshole to warlocks if I was a wizard. That's cool that you sold your soul to learn magic, I just went to grad school and now can do everything you can, but everyone has their path.

there’s one true answer but it’s the correct one five minutes after game of thrones - the last true monoculture show - ended, we all collectively agreed not to talk about it again, and house of the dragon/knight of the seven kingdoms haven’t recaptured a fraction of that cultural presence

I wish I remember the name of the movie or could find it again But it had like an animated monster running through like filmed IRL woods and 5 or 6 year old me freaked the fuck out at the visually plausible idea of cartoon monsters existing in reality

Extremely excited for an SCA event in a few weeks where despite last year slicing open my hand while cutting raw chicken <5 min after having been warned a knife is sharp, I made a good enough impression I’ve been recruited for being Hall Stewart (managing the space and feast course serving timing)

It’s $140 to get regalia if I wanted to walk for grad school graduation (if my relatives decided its meaningful enough to make it a family event) not the same thing at all but I’d rather have a party with $140 catering playing D2 QueensWalk puzzle, and see how good my irl friends are at counting

Wow whey protien really gets frothy mixing it in a blender, I now understand why people have the shaker bottles. But I’m really curious how it would work as an egg white substitute for cocktails.

Making plans with multiple guy friends so at this rate I’ll become the equivalent of friend in late 30s who has no kids so they get into crafting hobbies involving expensive equipment. Like I wont get a boat as I dont live near a lake, but a nice resin printer or big green egg seems the equivalent.

The show doesn't really have a fandom but it fits in the red circle IMO
