Mario had the right to work and report in the U.S. at the time he was arrested for livestreaming a protest in June. He was held for over 100 days in ICE detention, and he did not have the chance to say goodbye to his family in person before being deported.

Entertaining his ideas in a debate is actively legitimizing them. Why did he only debate college kids instead of other pro debaters like himself? he wasn't interested in debates, he was on a mission to radicalize the youth by normalizing his hateful discourse in the public space. which is precisely what he has been accusing teachers who were making their classrooms inclusive of doing, as he was doxxing them on his website to ruin their lives. is that your idea of a "respectful debate"?

Charlie Kirk never cared about debates.
