I finally finished The Sopranos, and am filling the void with Tower Dungeon. Mouse hobbit and crow goat are best characters so far. I don't like it nearly as much as Blame, but I do like it much more than Biomega or Knights of Sidonia.

Designing some abstract player pawns with unique silhouettes. I cut them out of some scrap oak flooring.

Eight shapes that look like board game pieces, each starting as a 1.5 inch by 1 inch rectangle, but with different shapes cut in the top:

Mini Jenga blocks at Dollar Tree for $1.75. These should make perfect dungeon walls! I've been moving towards plain wood dungeon tiles/terrain. Helps aphantasia-leaning players stay on the same page, but still forces the use of imagination and flexible enough for any theme.

This thread is great, but this piece sticks out. When trying to prevent another “never again” moment, we have to push back early, on the small things, when it’s not yet cool, still cringe even. If we wait until the tanks are already rolling, the detention facilities full, then it’s too late.

Made some little droid friends out of beads and interesting bits of trash. Should hopefully get to use a couple in an upcoming #starborg game this weekend.

I ordered Star Borg from @jpcoovert.bsky.social for my little cousins and thought I'd make a handful of paper minis to go with it. I used packing tape to "laminate" them and a penny to weigh the bottoms down, and keep from tipping so easily.
