Out for an evening bike ride, came across a 4? Year old walking down unused railroad tracks for several blocks, tried to start a conversation and kid wasn’t interested. He crossed a 2-lane street headed to a busier street, & called @portlandpolice.bsky.social they got there 20 minutes later #yikes
