Requiring a passport will create YET ANOTHER barrier to people travelling for care, and we're really worried it will push some people over the limit. If you've never had a passport, it will likely add at least 3 weeks onto the time it takes to get to a clinic.

Currently, if you don't have a passport, the ferry is your only route from Ireland into the UK to access an abortion. We've supported several people over the last few weeks who didn't have a passport and so had to travel by ferry.
