When I met my beautiful wife, I overheard her friend say “at least you can wear heels and he’ll still be taller” I stood up as tall as I could and 30 years later I don’t know or care why she agreed to go out with me, she says I was charming and funny…but she did wear heels on that first date

I travel for work and used to arrive 90 minutes before any flight, I travelled 22 weeks one year so I decided to try showing up a bit later, I now arrive 30 minutes before boarding and I usually have plenty of time for a snack and to sit. bonus, I got almost a full day of my life back

It’s really important that #Vancouver’s Downtown Business Association, who were originally against bike-lanes, are now among their most vigourous supporters, because of ACTUAL EVIDENCE that they’re better for downtown business than any street parking they replaced. Safe bike-lanes mean business.
