The inverse Bechdel test is very noticeable in gacha game fanbases, especially for games that are hypertargetting waifu fanbases. You get whole fantasy worlds populated by beautiful women and devoid on men bc a single man is a "threat" to the players fantasy

I think there is a particular flavor of sexism that shows up in a lot of anime. To whit, does a female character -Have only one relationship to a single male figure? -Or have no relationships to men at all? -Or have an abstract relationship to all men? (this is the idol thing)
