Thoroughly enjoying Wolverine. I just unlocked a post-game cutscene with more about (Insomniac universe) Wolverine. I won't spoil it, but it is very good. Everything I like about 80s-early 90s Wolvie. It feels like a comic book. In fact, why not new DLC every so often?

Still working my way through Wolverine. Whiskey bottles, upgrade chests, and getting Adamantium in the Nightmare trials. Then we start NG+. I can't wait

And the hits keep coming. A couple weeks ago we lost Andy 'The Butcher' Williams, wrestler and guitarist for Every Time I Die. And now, PAC (The Bastard) has passed. Man, wrestling is having a rough time.

Sabretooth... ugh. But so so so good as a fight.

Day 2 of my first Wolverine playthrough is in the books. Solid game, solid story. I feel like NG+ will be interesting. Can't wait to see what this game looks like once I am dialed in, the boss fights will be epic.

"borzoi" really sounds like a kind of mobile suit, doesn't it?

Wolverine feels like everything I love about him during his solo stuff. The berserker rage, the Hand (!!!), Sabretooth being a dick, all of it. There are some bugs (softlocking, floating away ragdolls), but there is nothing to keep me from playing. Solid game so far.

this movie is an all-time classic for so many great reasons, and this is such a good trailer for it. only thing missing is Benny The Jet whiffing on a kick so strong it blew out the candles behind Jackie. youtu.be/_BUE_KEJ6UA

The Krull arcade game isn't a masterpiece, but if you get the opportunity to play one, it is worth your quarters.

I miss local radio. Local rock station is a shell of it's former self. Local rock alternative is no longer. R&B channel is still there. Urban Contemporary (Rap) is unrecognizable, but it is among the top in the country. Radio is the soundtrack of a city, but it just feels a bit less memorable now.

Happy 45th birthday to “Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends,” which premiered on NBC September 12, 1981, and ran for 3 seasons. Peter Parker being college roommates with 2 ex-X-Men and their Lhasa Apso named Ms. Lion might not strictly be Marvel canon, but I was 7 when it premiered, so I loved it.

100%. For those unfamiliar, Van Halen had a line in their rider that essentially said “no brown M&Ms.” It was a way to see if the promoter had actually read the contract. They had a shitload of gear to tour with, so if they’re skipping one thing, it’s guaranteed they’re skipping something essential.

Finally made another trip to the Hoard. The last of my US and JP manga libraries have made the trip this time. I also rounded up the stragglers from the last trip.

A short lived cartoon from the late 80s before the 90s Show. KONAMI based their classic Arcade game on this one. I grew up on this cartoon and played the game back then. This was part of the Marvel Action Universe Show #Marvel #Xmen

I'll add some nuance here — most local pushback against data centers is actually quite fluent, and not grounded in the more wild-eyed rhetoric you see on social media. Very often, the core premise is a simple, correct one: you can't trust what Big Tech says in its promises to a local community.
