Yesterday I asked my best friend, who has a phd in nuclear engineering, to teach me how compound percentages work. They made me a spreadsheet. I asked a bunch of questions. I am now able to do it. Why would I want to remove that to ask a robot to give me a (probably wrong) answer?

I think, maybe, traditional cable with the ability to digitally record/watch already aired episodes was the best model. Like, I would love to go back to talking about a show every week for 22 weeks. I would love to know if I miss it I can catch it later. I hate having 25 streaming services.

I actually kind of believe the likes Platner & Brett Kavanaugh when they say they have no memory of committing sexual violence. Not just because these guys were so drunk at the time, but also because committing sexual violence is so banal to them that it’s not distinct enough to be remembered.
