I recommend people read this to get a sense of the president's grave cognitive impairment. I mean, we know why, but it should be articulated: It's because Trump is incapable of seeing other humans as people. He lacks any Theory of Mind, and is only capable of understanding humans in terms of what they will do to benefit him something. Otherwise he has no concept of humanity.
