To answer everyone's question: Yes, this is bad for the suit, as water can shrink the different layers inside at different rates (face cloth, haircloth, canvas, and padding). If this happens, the damage can't be reversed. That said, I admire his commitment to wearing a suit at all times.

The title is partly inspired by a limited-edition comic series & rpg from Penny Arcade called "On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness".
