Urea may be a cost-effective alternative to tolvaptan for 🏥 SIADH patients. In a retrospective 📑 (n=537) both achieved similar correction of HypoNa (>130 mmol/L) while tolvaptan acted faster but caused more overcorrection & was substantially more 💵
