Heads up that there is a bug with the BikeLink app today which prevents people from logging in, even if they already have a bike stowed in a locker. I have confirmed that simply deleting and reinstalling the app fixes the issue. Please share!

Mandelman's NIMBYism has been evident since he watered down Breed's 4-plex legislation which has produced little to no housing. He will be a disaster in the Senate/Assembly, and will spend most of his time on everything bagel housing bills and ranting about conservatorship and locked beds.

What's frustrating about the response to the Cicero Institute is that prominent Housing First defenders are often uninterested in land use policy, so they can't explain the real reason why HF hasn't produced results at scale in California. Which leaves a vacuum for creeps like Lonsdale to fill.
