My Junior Cat is very loving but very dim (and not at all chill.) He just doesn't understand why expressing his feelings with teeth and claws (while purring lovingly) is met with screams and cat-shoving. I said he wasn't chill: he runs, panicked, out of the room, if I sneeze.

It's been a day. My favorite neighbor is moving as of Oct 10, and my favorite colleague has quit. I ran an errand and came home to find an ambulance outside the building. It was another neighbor, who fell -- and who really shouldn't be alone. His troubles were related to me by yet another neighbor.

I read some of Shakespeare's "King John" the other day (something of a long story) and it's remarkable how John goes to the wall with "I didn't REALLY want you to kill him!", blaming others for everything from too much initiative to (when shown receipts) not loudly discouraging him ENOUGH.
