Earlier this week, I agreed to interviews with two USA Today journalists. They wrote fantastic articles about the Cornell case that I'm proud to have been a part of. What I did not know is that their employer considers interviews to proprietary and opens up recordings to be used by any journalist.

Plusieurs employés ont décidéa de s'éloigner pendant la Covid. Avec le retour au bureau ils passent donc 10 heures de plus en transit et dépense plus d'argent en transport pour un travaille qui s'exécute parfaitement a distance 85% du temps. Ça diminue grandement la qualité de vie des employés.

Un truc qui est important a savoir c'est qu'il y des corp de métier (QA et Devtest)dans l'industrie qui on un salaire assez bas donc l'enjeux d'habiter plus proche du studio si le 100% présentiel est obligatoire est doublement difficile a cause des coûts élevé des loyers dans les quartiers centraux.

I think the assumption, especially among management, is that a "good" game will pitch/market/sell better, which brings in more profit, be more sustainable, and is a net win. This also overlooks how good games don't always sell, how shit the market is, and that *none of it matters if nothing ships*.
