The UK government is engaged in conversion practices through forced detransition of some young trans folk while it obstructs gender affirming care. The figures here also show that 7% of all child suicides were trans children. That compares with trans children making up only 1% of the population. Trans kids are seven times as likely to die by suicide as cis kids and all this government can do is make things worse and cover these figures up.

The driver "managed to contact the control
centre at Network Rail and get the train
diverted onto the slow line", Calder says.
