Once you understand the corporate culture of AI hyperscalers is everyone cooking their brains by locking themselves in the bathroom, holding flashlights under their chins, and saying "Aaaaaaaaaay Eyeeeeeee" until they wet themselves in terror, things snap into focus: pluralistic.net/2023/06/04/a...
A cutaway view of a stone tower containing an elaborate water-powered medieval geared machine. Rising out of the machine is a rainbow-tinted, pixelated God with the robes, beard and all. To one side of this scene is a cluster of tiny people in Jesus-era robes, falling about themselves in religious ecstasy all over a stone staircase, atop of which stands a robed priest with his hands upraised. The background is a set of shining golden rays, emanating from pixel-God.

I'm never sure what to call my favourite item of clothing. "Wifebeater" has obvious classist/misogynistic connotations; "tank top" makes us sound like a feckin yank. No good options. Any words as gaeilge we can use instead? #speirgorm

A personal piece. I hadn't done a cyberpunk pic in ages and I wanted to take my time with something and put some real work in. I also wanted to set it in Ireland, with alternative brands for those must-have logos littering the cityscape. I loved working on this. I'm open for commissions! #SpeirGorm
A cyberpunk cityscape at night, with towering corporate buildings in the distant background, but a rundown corner between two back streets in the immediate setting, below two overpasses. Two motorbike riders are racing in from the left, past a streetsweeper vehicle, and on the right a bright red, futuristic motorbike leaps over a sports car, flying through the air towards us. The rider is a black woman, with short hair and green and red headset. She is in an orange jacket and green combats, and as a cybernetic left arm. She's whooping with joy. Her pillion passenger is a white woman with a purple streak in her dark hair. She's leaning back and taking a selfie, with a flying Garda vehicle (Ireland's police force) in the air above them. Another Garda patroller is swooping in on the left above the other two bikers. The around the city are most open source tech like LibreOffice, Firefox and Krita, and a couple of Irish brands, Centra and An Post.

What do a grieving witch, a vengeful hunter, and a closeted gay farmer's son have in common? When a Puritanical cult threatens their lives, duty, loyalty, and magic collide as they must help each other survive. "The Witch of Eden Hollow," a 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 queer fantasy romance. #BluePit📖 #W #A #F #R #TR #LGBT
A mood board with square dimensions and nine images surrounded by dark brown borders. In the center is a ruddy brown title card bubble where the title, "The Witch of Eden Hollow" is the focus with the caption, "by G.T. Anthony" is written below it in a smaller font.
Images starting from left to right, top to bottom:
1. a tree with mushrooms growing on it with deep brown tones to the images
2. A patch of white daisies
3. An autumn forest floor backdrop with thin, pale arms touching the leaves towards the center of the image.
4. An autumn forest background with bare trees and leaves littering the forest floor. There is a stream running through said forest.
5. A darker image of an empty church with pews placed at the left and right edges leading towards the center.
6. A close-up of autumn leaves.
7. A grayscale photo of a person wearing dark pants and leather boots walking down a stone walkway. They're wearing a dark cape that billows behind them.
8. A close-up silhouetted photo of a couple leaned close and about to kiss. One of them has their hand caressing the other's chin.
9. A close-up of a rainy forest floor with a puddle at the center of the image.Character sheet for Inquisitor T. Sterling, from The Witch of Eden Hollow
The background is a photograph of deciduous trees in a dense forest.
Character art from a picrew by crowesn picturing a heavyset white man with brown eyes and brown hair on his head and beard.

Character profile: feat. trans pride flag and masc-loving masc pride heart, he/him pronouns
Age: 43
Hometown: Sutton
Occupation: Witch Hunter
Loves: His family, his job
Fears: That everything he'd done was for nothing.
He's the most prolific hunter this side of the world, and he'll stop at nothing to rid it of magic.

Excerpt: Sterling lit a candle once he was in his empty home, only packing what he needed. He hoped that he would not be gone for long. There was still work to be done.
He rifled through his belongings and sat on the bed, gathering one last item. It was a woven trinket made of branches. Such an item could even dub himself as a blasphemer, but it was one of the last items from his past that he possessed before converting. He could not part with it. It held too much weight.
Sterling pressed it to his lips before setting it into his pack, sighing...
...These good people were truly in harm's way, left to languish at the hands of such a foul creature. He would not stand for it. He would not hesitate to help.
Come the end of the month, that witch would be good as dead.

In the bottom right corner is an Anti-GenAI symbolCharacter sheet for Elias, from The Witch of Eden Hollow
The background is a photograph an autumnal forest floor.
Character art from a picrew by crowesn picturing a thin white man with pointed ears, long black hair, and gray eyes. He has green flecks on his forehead, cheeks, and shoulders.

Character profile: feat. trans and demisexual pride flags, he/him pronouns
Age: ~400
Hometown: The Elder Grove
Occupation: Forest Guardian
Loves: Nature, Sage (his cat), Mother Earth (his goddess)
Fears: Death, Being alone
His life is tied to the Elder Grove. Unfortunately, things have been in a steep decline, as of late, which is detrimental to his health.

Excerpt: "This is the northern border." Elias was looking towards the mountain range. "The forest's natural end is here. So many acres had been lost over the centuries, but here?" He took a breath of the clean air. "This place has always remained untouched."
"I've never seen anything like it," Sterling gasped.
"And you never will." He looked over. "Perhaps it will help you learn to appreciate magic better."
He rolled his eyes. "Magic has nothing to do with this view. These are all common occurrences in nature."
"You take 'magic' too literally." Elias went over to one of the trees that grew right near the edge of the cliff. He leaned against the trunk. "Magic is not just whatever you think witches conjure up. It's a feeling. It can bring joy. It can give you a new perspective. It can be beautiful...
"...It breathes new life into a world that takes it for granted." The witch sighed, lowering his hand. "It breaks my heart to see so many want to destroy it."

In the bottom right corner is an Anti-GenAI symbolCharacter sheet for Avery Miller, from The Witch of Eden Hollow
The background image is a photograph of a patch of daisies.
Character art from a picrew by crowesn picturing a thin white man with long black hair tied back in a ponytail, freckles, and gray eyes.

Character profile: feat. gay pride flag and masc-loving masc pride heart, he/him pronouns
Age: 20
Hometown: Eden Hollow
Occupation: Farmer
Loves: His father and brothers, and he loves his partner, Tristan Lowell
Fears: Being outed.
His life is tied to the Elder Grove. And it's the strangest thing. Plants seem to grow better around him.

Excerpt: Despite his desperate prayers, [Avery] felt more comfort holding onto a tree than he ever did whispering to a figment that everyone insisted watched over him.
As his burnt hand pressed against the bark, his breath caught in his throat. Something pulsed and thrummed under his palm. His fingers began to itch. It startled him, but it also brought him a sense of peace. This was tangible. This, he could believe in. He soothed his thumb over the bark and rested his cheek against the trunk.
"I wish I could stay here for all my days," he whispered, a sad smile on his face. "If only Eden Hollow would ever love me like you do."
He shivered when the thrumming under his palm grew stronger. It was in time with the beating of his heart. Startled, Avery pulled back, looked down at his hand, and removed his bandages.
The burns and blisters were gone.
There was no trace of them, like it had never happened.

In the bottom right corner is an Anti-GenAI symbol
