Never been able to get my head around the shamelessness of Tories. Chris Mason on #bbcnews somehow neglects to point out that the average house value in the UK still falls in the nil rate property band for IHT and that less than 5% of estates pay any IHT at all. So the BadEnoch big announcement is just another sop to the rich at the expense of the welfare budget.

I wonder why Badenoch couldn't say that London benefitted from Brexit 🤔 The reality is that neither London nor any other region in the UK has benefitted from Brexit - the opposite is the case. That's why our polling with YouGov shows that 628 out of 632 constituencies want to rejoin the EU.
