A bicyclist died this morning after being struck by a vehicle on Sand Island Access Road near the Keehi Marina Boat Harbor in Kalihi, according to the Honolulu Police Department.

The judge held that the NCAA isn’t subject to Title IX because the organization doesn’t receive federal funding.

Court documents said Edwin Alexander Sosa Gonzalez called the owner of the SUV he crashed and asked him to report it stolen shortly after fleeing from the scene.

The crash happened around 1:40 p.m. Sept. 26 near Southeastern and Emerson avenues.
