Ok here it is - out of 44 FDA approvals this year, 31 are small molecules (70%), 26 of those are oral drugs (84%), 22 of them are chiral (71%). This is the largest number and percentage of chiral FDA approved molecules in a single year. Fitusiran is not a small molecule, bonus.

One of the things that's wild about MAHA on social media is they're also vilifying Pedialyte and Ensure. So not only do they want you to not do anything that can stop you from getting sick (masking, vaccinating) they also don't want you to effectively treat yourself once you are sick.

In 2017, a lot of folks treated Trump like a disease that could be wrung out of the system, but when he won again, people realized that the disease was chronic. And boy, does this country suck at treating or even acknowledging chronic diseases.
