The criminal investigation into whether Lord Mandelson passed confidential government information to Jeffrey Epstein is at risk of collapse, The Telegraph can disclose.
Detectives at Scotland Yard believe it is increasingly unlikely that the US department of justice (Do) will hand over the unredacted Epstein files, which police believe may be needed to continue the investigation into the former Labour cabinet minister on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

It features three cats with intricate, unique patterns on their bodies.
The artist notes that these are manually embroidered and sometimes sold with baby cats included.
The designs are often inspired by traditional art patterns like folk embroidery or floral themes.
