a big part of ossoff's rhetorical success is it doesnt contain the compromise and caveats that are a baked-in part of democratic party rhetoric. theres no pretending that his opponent is just misguided or will be pulled back from the edge by "the good republicans." ossoff is saying "fuck this guy"

Pretty clear to me there’s a very good case against this man for mass murder, and I’m saying that in as measured a fashion as I can. He’s order the killing of 234 people under no plausible war or legal justification. I am skeptical he will ever face legal accountability for til his but he should.

When OpenAI asks for a bailout—not if, when—say no. The chances the company can honor its financial commitments are very low. They’ll say they’re too big to fail, and taxpayers should cover their losses. Govt will have to help unwind commitments and contain the damage, but shouldn’t save OpenAI.

Replace candy with chickpeas and the mechanics still work. He is doing a 19:5 fasting window, where he is only eating from 4-9. There is an argument that fasting is better for you body+ easier to do than calorie counting. Candy isn't normally part of that equation though.

Honestly what he is describing is just intermittent fasting using candy to carbo-load. Black coffee is an appetite suppressant and is a huge staple of fasting.
