Whenever I read about men using AI to draft love notes for their wives, I feel a seething fury. That is something you could easily have done yourself, and it would have been a million times more meaningful. Technology is training us to be dependent and soulless.

I find sitting by the sea once or twice a week immensely helpful for my mental health. Which is good because my mental health is essentially that quiet, slow, gloom and gloaming partbefore the darkness takes metaphorical hold over the winter months.

I had a serious accident on my bicycle roughly a month ago, and broke the frame, the front wheel, the seat bracket, and crucially, myself.
