KITTEN ADOPTION KLAXON Gravy needs a home in the Baltimore/DC area ASAP, preferably one with other young cats. After the sudden death of her only sister, she really craves playtime with other kittens. Gravy is fully vaccinated and spayed, cuddly and playful, and learns what is ok and not ok fast.

Listening to go-go in front of the Capitol is just kind of special. I wish everyone who uses “Washington DC” as a shorthand for negative comments could experience that. I can’t claim to be a native or even a city resident, but DC is as close to a “hometown” as I have.

Had such a good day yesterday. I love that DC is a small town and you can count on running into people you know at almost every event. And yeah, we talked about jobs and politics, but we also talked about art and music and food and all sorts of creative projects.
