Behold, a fuckery! Draw either this Izzy or Ed (or both) badly, and post them on Tuesday with the hashtag #dickfuckday. Express yourselves! I had the idea that we could make them into a print / school style teatowel if we get enough line drawings, & maybe raise some £ for charity. Into it? Read on ⬇️

Digital art. Young Ed teach lying on a floor with his hair sprawled. He looks tired, worn out, his hair sprawling around him. There are shadows like prison bars, a pool of blood to his right and another shadow as if someone is looking in.

Atop the picture are broken words in white with the spray of red:

The King and His Men.
Stole the Queen From Her Bed.

to the far right in a black side bar are the words: Never Shall We Die. Going down the page. Ending with two spears crossed over one another to make an X.

There's an office building near home that raised a Pride flag every year since it opened. Last year there was no flag, and it was beyond disappointing. They didn't raise one June 1 this year, so I figured it would be skipped again. But! I drove past today and there it was!!! It made my day 🏳️‍🌈

“The streets were a quiet riot of lights and sounds and smells— neon signs and streetlights, chatter from open windows and competing jazz records and folk singers, fried food and subway exhaust coming up through the grates in the sidewalk.” #OFMDfanart #OFMD

A digital drawing of Stede Bonnet and Edward Teach, walking down a city street at night. Viewed from behind, only their silhouettes are visible, glowing from the lights in front of them. There is a tall building to their left and cars parked on the street to their right. Stede is wearing a long coat and Ed is wearing a shorter jacket.

Never Shall We Die, Chapter 41 Soaring archiveofourown.org/works/386145... Ed has never met a trap he hasn't want to set off. And the naval base is full of them. So, theoretically, he has it all. Traps, horn, rum, mischief... nothing missing at all. #OFMD #OFMDfanfic #NSWD

Digital art.

Ed standing in the forefront, arms folded, hair blowing in the wind. He has a chain on his collar and skulls on the pauldron. His smile is tight and his eyes are glassy. There is a lighthouse centered behind reflecting light on his skin.

To his left a figure with dark hair and a silver earring, starting to look back at the camera. He is wearing tan, beige and has a hat against his back.

To his left a shorter figure with medium length dark hair caught by the wind, wearing black with a bit of red.

The background is the image of the walls of a stone fort, a night sky, and the blackness of a lighthouse.

Words at the bottom: Never Shall We Die.

Working on ofmd craft fair pieces, and found that using just a standing lamp instead of the ceiling light is a game changer. The lamp gives just enough light and it's so soothing. A cup of tea and the black patchouli reed diffuser are helping, too. My studio is so cozy!

Digital art. A young Zheng in a martial arts pose, holding a sword in her left hand and holding up her right, two fingers up two down. She's wearing a red gi with a cloth belt around her waist, blue pants and black opens hoes. She's standing on a loose green background with loose blue behind her. There are marks like petals going past and there are peonies in her hair. She looks determined.

There is some Chinese to the right of her reading: Shih Ying (not translated).

Digital Painting. In a kind of loose painterly style. It's a modern AU vibe. Ed has his hair pulled back in a butterfly clip and is holding a bag of groceries. He is smiling tenderly over at Stede who is passed out and drool is coming from his mouth. The background is a window and passing scenery.

I recently automated some money things and now sometimes there's money left over that's free to play with, and sometimes not so much. And it made me panic a little. But the panic made me realize that this could break my spending patterns, and that might be pretty neat.
