Many churches have whatever position they have on divorce and remarriage, and many churches including his own either don't allow or else have various restrictions on interfaith marriage. Civil marriage has never been coterminous with the many different religious scopes of marriage in this country.

I keep having to explain to associates that documents do not have agency. Plaintiff’s motion does not argue, err, mistake, or engage in some other intentional action, Plaintiff did. Drives me nuts when I’m editing, although it is nice to feel useful.

I was with you on this until a couple of years ago when I developed serious back pain that gets worse the longer I stand. Suddenly wearing black cushioned running shoes in court seemed perfectly reasonable. Having surgery for it week after next, don’t know if I’ll go back to real shoes after.

Chauvin was, in fact, the cause of Floyd’s death. He used a technique that MPD and most other agencies have banned, specifically because it causes death. And the crime for which he was convicted is unintentional second-degree murder, which by definition does not require intent to kill.

What happened and "changed our children?" The reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in 1990s that and included autism as a covered disabilities. Schools had to report how many autistic students they served. Who was a cosponsor of that bill? RFK Jr.'s uncle Ted Kennedy.
