hey y'all, annual reminder to get your new flu/covid jabs if you haven't already—one per arm and you're done! don't forget MMR (if you like me were born in the blackout zone) and RSV/pneumonia, esp if you're over 55! (source: dated CDC epidemiologist/married another. haven't had the flu in DECADES.)
