It’s a great day. A local baker has decided to try making and selling gluten free sourdough. I went and got some. It tastes like bread (confirmed by my spouse)!!! I just had a baguette with ham and mustard and it tasted real. I think I’m in trouble. I have no self-restraint.

Westjet sucks. 5 hour flight and they swapped the equipment to one of the new reconfigured ones - over half the plane is jammed into 28” pitch with “pre reclined” seats that make it impossible to stand up in a row due to the curvature.

Very seriously, are my standards too high? I expect people to understand they're on a global social media so are talking to people living in other countries, with different customs, accents/words, and food. I expect people to infer some basic meaning and understand if a topic is for them or not.

I think there’s a business case for someone to take on researching finding specific products that are not US made for a small fee. Im a darned good researcher and I still can’t find a queso that’s either made in Canada or at least not US. (yes queso as that orange glop is probably a US invention)
