Kansas City absolutely fucked up the transportation to and from the stadium for the World Cup. Buses were hours long wait. Saw people paying 300 bucks and up to get rides back. Absolutely no way to properly get in or out. Amazing game but this city can’t properly move this many people.

I love fusing cuisines and making a food with outside ingredients to the norm. So I made Pomegrante sauce enchiladas. Chicken and cheese and bell peppers inside. Sauce is pomegranate juice and Thai chili sauce and soy and fish sauce plus lemon juice peanut butter and garlic. Astounding.
