Several weeks ago when we were at my dad's house the little league world series was on. I commented that even though I don't like baseball generally it was enjoyable to watch because it was a sporting event with no sports gambling advertisements.

When the Gatlinburg Wildfires happened in 2016, Dolly gave impacted families $1,000/month to help them get back on their feet. This included my father-in-law, who lost everything in the fire. Dolly gave children in TN free books each month, from birth to the age of five. She was a goddamn saint.

The last 2 times I tried to donate blood they couldn't tap my veins. On trip 2 I was left extremely bruised with a giant hematoma and told not to bother coming back. Apparently I'm actually some kind of bloodless mythical monster. The point is, I can't donate blood. If you can, you should.
