Irresponsible to use lazy wording like "can be deadly..." when the World Health Organization states "Once clinical symptoms appear, rabies is virtually 100% fatal," and the CDC states "Once clinical signs of rabies appear, the disease is nearly always fatal." A sense of urgency is crucial
