tho ethernet drivers _are_ missing and for some reason the middle mouse button doesn't work?? usb ethernet works fine tho so idrc for now but the mouse issues are confusing since scroll/m4/m5 works and its a somewhat normal usb mouse.

small update on what i've found that works for me: Invidious and Soundcloud give you RSS feeds directly, and Bandcamp will give you email notifications. Its not MusicBrainz integrated exactly, but is still pretty decent for getting release updates with local or self-hosted music libraries.

for some reason, atkinson hyperlegible gets the top or bottom of letters chopped off in GTK applications if not at 0.99x font scale no clue why. and qt works fine. some other fonts do this, but the atkinson family is the only one thats very noticeable tho 99% scale does make some things look blurry
