After a very relaxing bank holiday weekend its time to get back to work on this painting of a Marsh Tit. These rare little bird s nest every year in a hollow in a tree behind our cottage. Seeing them visit the sunflower seed dispenser is always a relief. Knowing they have survived another year.

As a baby knit designer the choice for #ShowMeYourKnits this week is quite big! I started designing back in 2014, initially as an opportunity to learn new skills. I only did 3 small sizes back then. The Charlotte was my third experiment with lace, and a first for sewn on i-cord. #knitsky #knitting
