3 headlines about a Rutgers University Dean who is arrested for taking upstart videos. Of the 3 only the NY Times' headline mentions specifics while the Philly TV news and Inquirer headlines use the euphemism "invasion of privacy".

Lauren Gillen has consistently voted with Trump his entire 2nd admin. It didn't start with her recent vote for ICE funding. Don't listen to her claims that we have to "work across the aisle" - we need to defeat the fascists across the aisle. Now we have a legitimate option to stand against Trump.

I lived in L.A. for 14 years and it wasn't until I started learning Spanish (I stupidly took French in high school) that I realized how many place names WERE Spanish and how atrociously everyone pronounces them. (I'm looking at you Los Feliz.)

One of my earliest memories is of stomping around complaining, "Watergate Watergate Watergate" because it's all my father would watch on TV, preempting my afternoon cartoons. Now that I'm older I realize this uniquely American lack of accountability started at least during Reconstruction.
