Very few people know I took a nine month professional course on lymphatics drainage last year that started in October 2025.

I learned so much including how to drain fluid from my own limbs and chest.

I do not have a proper diagnosis yet, but my clot crisis in August 2023 demonstrated that there is something wrong with my lymphatics system.

👉 LYMPHEDEMA FACTS OF MY LIFE
People don't realize that #lymphedema doesn't just swell our limbs - it weakens our immune system

When your lymph fluid isn't moving the way It should, vour body can't fight off germs like everyone else.

So yes... we really do catch everything and it hits us harder, lasts longer. and drains us in ways most imagine.

But no matter where we are in our journey whether we're up, resting, or bed bound - we are still fighting in our own way.

Our strength isn't measured by movement. It's measured by endurance, courage, and the will to keep going through things most people will never understand.
