Components and construction As the name implies, the American Research Corporation 386 SkyScraper is a tower con-figuration computer with an Intel 80386 CPU running at 20MHz. There is a slightly cheaper 16MHz version of this same computer which has been avail-able for a while. Computer manufacturers have to be careful about the use of the word lower' as NCR (who ?) is currently claiming that this generic word is a trademark to which it controls the worldwide rights. Anyone offending by call-ing their upended machine a lower' is likely to be served with a writ, hence the rather more cumbersome 'SkyScraper' name adopted by ARC.

So apparently the single denied preauth for my bottom surgery is apparently important enough that without it the surgeon wants to switch to a different kind of procedure. Which would delay my surgery to after the start of next year cause they would have to re-submit for approvals. Fuck me
