Social media is a lightning rod. We feel the outrage building up, so we go on social media and click buttons and post memes and comments and our energy gets discharged harmlessly into the memesphere.

I can’t be the only one who has noticed massive power outages happening much more often in only predominantly Black populated areas in red states at a time when those particular areas are having their power grids strained by data centers. PAY ATTENTION.

‼️Important information about Long Covid and ME/CFS ‼️

It’s really simple: 🚨Post-exertional Malaise can be irreversible and must be avoided! 🚨

The risk of permanent worsening because of over-exertion is not an abstract fear – 67% of myalgic encephalomyelitis patients had experienced an irreversible PEM.

That is why over-exertion, for example with graded exercise therapy (increasing exertion with disregard to PEM) and activating cognitive behavioral therapy are contraindicated in Long Covid and ME!

The NICE guidelines for ME/CFS analyzed 236 studies of GET and CBT and found that not one of them had even moderate quality of evidence! ➡️ There is zero evidence for GET and CBT in the treatment of ME/CFS.

In Switzerland, 50% of Long Covid patients experienced worsening because of a rehabilitation.
➡️ Only patients who are sufficiently exercisable should be sent to rehabilitation. Currently we don’t know the threshold of sufficient exercise tolerance. We need to study the threshold and until then err on the side of caution ⚠️

Kristina Kerlus said doctors developed “tunnel vision” after finding that her son had the signature symptoms of abusive head trauma. She was charged with his murder. It took years of legal wrangling — during which her three other children were removed from her custody — for Kerlus to be vindicated.
Screenshot of text from article: But the suspicion of abusive head trauma, once raised, is hard to undo. Kristina Kerlus, a Las Vegas mother I spoke with, whose 2-month-old, Jocai Davis, was rushed to the hospital in 2018 in cardiac arrest, told me that doctors developed “tunnel vision” after finding that her son had the diagnosis’s signature symptoms. Jocai died three days later, and she was charged with murder. It took years of legal wrangling — during which her three other children were removed from her custody — for Kerlus to be vindicated. Prosecutors dropped charges in 2022 after the defense’s medical experts determined that Jocai had died from complications of sickle cell trait, an inherited blood disorder.
