I famously don't particularly like Erin Reed but the amount of hatred and tear downs she's been getting since she started suggesting people not vote for anti-trans Democrats is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. If nothing else, I can believe that Erin does genuinely care about trans people.

eg there's a billion small things about writing styles of AI, like paragraph length, word choice, etc, so inevitably if you look hard enough it's not surprising that some of those indicators would match up with a human writer. but it's all unverifiable and unprovable without concrete evidence

it could be true but the level of evidence you need to really make a credible accusation like this is basically a watermark or an admission of guilt. anything otherwise is irresponsible since there's no actual reliable indicator of AI vs human writing, and all of the evidence could be cherry-picked
