The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

The truth … not enough hospital beds is the cause of A&E delays … political failure & NHS leaders complicit with them Jan 23 Rishi Sunak promised 5000 more PERMANENT hospital beds. NHSE leaders in Dec 23 said that there were added. There are 400 fewer beds now than when he made that announcement!

Why are Tories not being hauled over the coals about this. They said 350m could be saved and given to NHS. They didn't say how much the country would lose from lost trade, lost investment, lost EU grants, EU funding, lost knowledge (eg on sharing crime data) Yet Labour getting trolled at budget.

Just madness. Competition for fully qualified doctors to enter speciality training to be become (eg) a GP, surgeon, urologist, anaesthetist etc has gone up from an average of 2 per place in 2019 to 7 per place this year. Psychiatry had 22 applications per space 😳 How much worse can he make it?
