I also think we could provide a better understanding of what good Sleep Hygiene. We spend so long developing good habits for our Babies, but unpick it all in adult Hood🤷‍♂️ Reducing Caffeine & sugar later in the day is an easy starting point. Then build from there with small wins.

For me Pete it's down to 'understanding' If you don't understand something how can you possibly be able to treat, manage or solve it. Pain has to be the most misunderstood condition that impacts people globally. #PainEducation The Academy is a great idea👏.

On my Facebook blog A Path Forward I wrote about my thoughts and concerns with the numeric pain scale (and scales in general). Chronic pain is not solely objective as it is impacted by lived environments. People are reporting distress, not just pain intensity. Link to post: tinyurl.com/ycvrx6dn

Absolutley @fizzbw.bsky.social We know the impact of Childhood Trauma very often revisits us covertly in adulthood. But, if we ourselves don't see it, the symptoms are misunderstood and the diagnosis create false paths. Happy to revisit this with you🙏
