Hopefully getting surgery today. The doctor's staff were awful to me this time around because I wanted to let them know in advance I actually DO need pain meds, and don't want to go through hell like last time. The doc may be oblivious, as I never got to talk to him directly.

I dunno if it's good or bad to be the first surgery of the day, but needing to awaken at 5:00 in the morning to get there on time feels like punishment. But I have today and tomorrow to get in touch with the doctor's office and request they actually give pain meds this time. That's nice.

I keep reading this as "train sports bans" because the idea of banning trans people is so much more ludicrous than banning locomotives and I can't wrap my head around why anyone would ban a trans person. Trains, however? They're also great! But maybe not for competing in sports against humans.
