Haven't received an update from this person; no issues visible on our end in the reported time frame. Still, I will long cherish this sad formulation: "It simply does not work. Unfortunately I'm a classical philology undergraduate. Therefore your website is essential for my university education."

It's been a while, but there was a problem report again about stuff suddenly turning into Spanish. When looking up a Greek word that LSJ doesn't list (or doesn't list in that exact form), DGE might have it! You'll survive, I promise.

Today in terrible remixes (throw in a bit of bigotry, make money?). The 'author' calls this an auditable translation. Sorry, we all have better things to do, but I couldn't keep this indignation to myself.. Yours for $27.99 at Amazon.
Hypothesis: picks the first parse that Perseus throws out. Wrong on 2, 5, 12. Check how 'almost' for ὀλίγου does turn up in the translation. Translation so wildly bad (willfully bad?) that it almost seems they did it themselves. But I'm glad we're showing our work when misplacing and mistranslating ὑπ᾽ αὐτῶν and later δεινοῦ. author bio. this book can be yours for the low low price of $27.99.I really have no further comment, but beclowning yourself like this? Sigh. I considered the possibility that this is all an AI agent for a moment, but it's so much worse than AI can already do..

Also the name Holberg uses for the Thisbe character when he rewrites Pyramus and Thisbe for cows ("Bus and Boeidion" in the Metamorphosis, 1726)
Holberg, Metamorphosis, book 2, vv. 515-524:
"Paa skiønne Øxen, Faar de vare begge rige;
Blant dem særdeles to dog havde ingen lige;
Men andet stoldens Qvæg i Tegning og i Skik
Som Solen udi Glands Planeter overgik.
En førte Navn af Bus, Boeidion den anden,
En sne-hvid tegned var med purpur Plet i Panden,
Den anden af Natur var farved himmelblaa,
Med hvide Plette sprængt, som Stierner man dem saae,
Paa Himlens Firmament. Saa danned vare begge;
Men til Naturen dog man søgte Konst at legge."

In the 1960s, Colorado and several other states eliminated most mental health care beds in its hospitals, shifting toward community-based care. But funding and infrastructure never caught up, and now many people with severe mental illness are held in jail.

The Jail That Replaced Boulder’s Mental Health System   - Bolts

Today in me, nagging teacher and Claude, obsequious interlocutor. Had read this with students yesterday and was curious how Claude would do. Answer, pretty well.
by the way, you called τοῦ γράψαι a genitive of reference? Really?

No, you're right to pull me up on that. τοῦ γράψαι is a genitive of the articular infinitive, and τὴν κρίσιν is simply the judgment of that act — a straightforward objective genitive. κρίσις takes a genitive of the thing being judged. No need to invoke "genitive of reference" at all.

All progress is incremental. I'm slowly building on the morphology developed for Perseus and sometimes it's good to see that it's actually been coming along. Here's a random word from Procopius to illustrate. And whether you are reading lyric or late prose, all bugs/suggestions welcome!
Parse of a verb in a free resource. Almost there. Check διάθοιτο and it will also be correct. Free resource, sorry about the lack of bells and whistles. You will have to actually click on the lemma to see the dictionary entries. Since students of me and of all of us are going to be using all kinds of glitzy stuff, I am once again asking (:-)), please take advantage of other people's work. With time, I completely assume Perseus, Diogenes, etc. will; will you? Link: https://anastrophe.uchicago.edu/morpheus?word=καταπρόηται&input=1

When you reach the limits of what can be done without a fuller re-write🤢 I apologize to sensitive readers.
The logic of dialect designations doesn't work in morpheus. One of these has an aeolic stem and so is "aeolic," never mind the ending; the other is correct. Sigh. Rule deleted. Aeolic readers will have to remember the accusative plural endings. Beware: any stem designated dialect a with an ending that occurs in dialect bcd will be designated dialects abcd:-(
