I miss haggis, black/white pudding, liver, kidneys more than I do steak/breast. When I had a steak and kidney pie I got disappointed at how little kidney there was. But that's just me 😅 I think a lot of it comes down to seasoning/preparation.

Also, people often aren't on the ideological side they think they are. Still remember having to nod along with a fellow PhD who regarded himself salt-of-the-earth Labour telling me that he didn't see why he had to pay for other people's healthcare. I had just been discharged from an oncology unit.
