I honestly think the majority of cis people are upset by trans existence, especially nonbinary existence, because as children we were all told there were things we weren't allowed to do or be or feel or say because we were a girl, or because we were a boy. Four years ago today, I told the world who I was, and officially stopped trying to be the other person I'd been told to be my whole life. It was the start of unpacking shame over my nonconformity. The person on the left doesn't think she deserves this. The person on the right knows she always did.

I was made out to be the eldest "son" of the eldest son of the eldest son - way to go full combo breaker there, Leira - and was assigned as a full first/middle namesake. I broke off and kept the part I liked, handed the key bit off to my eldest son, and considered my role in the clan nigh fulfilled.

The whole problem with them leaving is that the House doesn't have a quorum for votes. In order to block quorum they had to leave the state. The warrants only apply if they're in the state. This may be little more than a stalling tactic, but it's telling how raging & impotent the response is.
