I literally can't sleep because of the whole NHS bullshit. I studied quite far, but there's many smarter than me. In the earliest months of my MSc, genetic variation and expression was the topic and wow is it a lot! Then infections and the effects of different hormone responses.

The NHS's revised guidance on single-sex wards is cruel, unworkable and LGBTIQA+ Greens calls on Labour to withdraw it and reform the Equality Act.

The NHS revised guidance does not offer privacy, dignity or safety to trans people.
Placing trans people on the incorrect “same-sex” hospital wards by default is wrong and unworkable, which is why it also states exceptions for clinical need and a mention of alternative provision.
This is a continuation of the incomprehensible interpretation of the Equality Act 2010 that the supreme court ruled for. We call on the Labour government to withdraw this guidance and reform the Equality Act to end the policing of trans people in single gendered spaces.
