Charge Altman and/or Amodei with violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Bring the hammer down like we did on poor Aaron Swartz. Then we’ll see if their products continue to “break containment”.

At system76 we had a different vision for the Linux desktop - in particular at the DE level - how to design it, how to develop it. So we built it. That's it. No insults or drama. The year of the Linux desktop is coming. And it will be thanks to the efforts of the entire Linux desktop community.

It's surprising how much better temperatures are for my HP Dev One laptop now that I switched to a generic #PTM7950 "pad" for the APU. Compiling #erlang no longer thermal throttles the laptop and even synthetic load for over 10 minutes doesn't reach about 92*C. Upgrading the Frame.work 13 is next!

Let's talk about AOC as a young scientist & her award winning research on antioxidants & C. elegans, a standard roundworm model. She grew up in the Bronx. Ethnically Puerto Rican, her dad Sergio, an architect, died when she was 19. Her mother cleaned houses, drove a school bus. Working class.
Alexandria with her project for ISEF 2007. A young woman with square glasses, she stands in front of a cardboard display recounting her work on antioxidants.

Legitimate question - what does AI touch that it doesn't end up doing one of the following to: - raising costs (hardware and thus servers) - causing unemployment - adding a whole new style of tech debt to - causing stress to humans on the other end

Sci-Hub is an evil website that pirated 85M+ research papers and made them freely available Now they've added AI to their database to make Sci-Bot. It answers your questions using latest, full-text articles. But DO NOT use it. We should all try to make billion-dollar academic publishers richer.
