Ещё решил за то, что не пошёл сегодня в спортзал, сегодня тренировать пресс и спину парой новых упражнений, что высмотрел ранее. Давно пора, а то руки в размере набирают, а живот как был дрябленький, так и остаётся. Надо исправлять.
