It's the latter. It's bad today... getting frustrated and angry and that's just making me so desperately sad and lonely.
Not frustrated at the obsession thing, just the manic bit. I'm not in a headspace to talk to new people, my spouse is struggling with her own stuff and is at work. Brutal day.
