When I left for my vacation, this thread was on version 3. I guess the Reddit mods yet again failed to understand cisheteronormativity, and got a backlash?

I will give Delta airlines credit. Their staff have been top notch every flight in terms of accomodations.

If there's one thing I dislike about flying, it's that I am sensitive to every single twist, turn, and elevation change the plane makes. I get the impression other passengers don't feel these things at all. Or if they do, they're not bothered like I am.

Tried doing the trail. But it got too rocky for me to continue on with my arthritis. Was at risk at breaking my ankle or worse with a single fall. So I had to go back. That was fun while it lasted, however.

This law has subjected trans people in Kansas to: - Losing their ability to drive and go about their daily lives - Being forced to disclose they're trans every time they show ID - Risking harassment or violating the law when deciding which bathroom to use We're fighting back.

We're in court today challenging the anti-trans Kansas law that bans trans people from bathrooms that align with their gender on government property, invalidates driver's licenses with updated gender markers, and lets people sue anyone they suspect of violating the law for damages up to $1,000.

You'll be seeing this screen a lot in the earlier Dynasty Warriors games. They don't hold back if you're not leveled up.

Yuu the Reindeer @yuuandroid.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Newer Dynasty Warriors games are like "The Battle at Chi Bi is a significant turning point and an endgame battle." Dynasty Warriors 3 is like "Yeah depending on the character you picked, the Battle at Chi Bi is stage 2. You might have nothing at all. Good luck."

Watching the Pixar short film Loop, and if this if what Non-Autistic people think of non verbal autism, then it's no surprise our world isn't meant for autistic people. Sending an autistic kid out on the lake with someone who puts her in danger isn't what I'd call a positive portrayal.

OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

Terminator 3 is such an odd movie. On one hand, it's a surprisingly competent action movie. It's fairly well done all things considered. It just has the unfortunate problem of being a direct sequel to Terminator 2. A shadow which it can NEVER escape and will always taint it.

I am curious as to how Discord actually determined that Elly was an adult. I can only conclude that they used her account age, and from there assumed she was at least 13 when she made the account. Which would make her exactly "18" now. But that still assumes she was telling the truth to begin with.

Account status of a Discord account named Elly, showing she's in the Adult age group.

If you're like me and on iOS, and got locked out of 18+ servers, but you're classified as an adult, go into the discord web app and recheck the age restricted servers on iOS. Even if it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again. That should solve your issue. This whole thing is dumb as hell.
