luckily the tender states it is the job of doctor who to develop new talent so they can't just try to ai it although you do have to wonder why they didn't send a cease & desist to the ai doctor who person (assuming this article is referring to the recent one put on youtube)

A plan to develop actors, as well as writers, directors and other off-screen roles on the title will need to be submitted as part of the proposal and will form a core part of the award criteria
